iBlog: The 10 o'clock Rule

Experts say to set an alarm to go off at 10 o'clock at night so that you can start getting things done to prepare you for the next morning. I think this would work for me, except that I only take 20-30 minutes in the morning to get ready.

Do I really need to choose my clothes the night before? I think it only takes me a minute ten seconds to figure out what I wanna wear that day. I guess if you're a busy person, then this might work for you... for me, I think I'll spend my time sleeping more.
