Experts say to set an alarm to go off at 10 o'clock at night so that you can start getting things done to prepare you for the next morning. I think this would work for me, except that I only take 20-30 minutes in the morning to get ready.
Do I really need to choose my clothes the night before? I think it only takes mea minute ten seconds to figure out what I wanna wear that day. I guess if you're a busy person, then this might work for you... for me, I think I'll spend my time sleeping more.
